1. Welcome/Introductions: Mary Wambach welcomed all.
- Review and Approval of August Minutes: previously
sent. A motion was made by jean Lawlor and seconded by Margarita Grome to
accept the minutes as written. Vote
passed unanimously.
- Goals and Initiatives, workshops for 2010: The following ideas were suggested and each will
be discussed further at the next meeting prior to a vote being taken.

4. Independent Living conference: Members
were reminded that the conference will be
at Rhodes on the Pawtuxet, a new
venue this year.
- Statewide
issues/concerns: tabled.
- Annual
meeting reminder/update: Invitations
have been sent out. Members were reminded to send in their RSVPs.
- Educational
Presentation for Annual: Mary Wambach reported that she had contacted Top Drawer and they are all set
to present at the annual and will bring their artwork for display.
- RIPTA/SRC Updates: tabled.
- RIVER updates: The group is working
on establishing structure, by laws and a web site.
- UPDATE:
Mental Health issue: tabled.
- Announcements: none.
