Members Present: Madeline Colon; Rick Costa; Liz Graves, Council Chairperson; Jack Ringland; Barbara Rozul, Treasurer/Committee Chairperson; Heidi Showstead.

Staff Present: Camille Pansa, Executive Director; Lisel Rockwood, Program Assistant.

1. Introductions: self introductions were made.

2. Audit of FY 2009: Mr. Orefice presented the committee with a review of the SILC'S audit for the fiscal year 2009. The report was clean with no exceptions.

3. Approval of minutes for November 20, 2009: A motion was made by Heidi Showstead and seconded by Jack Ringland to accept the minutes as written. Vote passed unanimously.

4. Assumptions of the new budget for FY 2011-13: The proposed draft budget was reviewed line by line. A motion was made by Rick Costa and seconded by Jack Ringland to approve a three year level budget of $161, 767 per year. Vote passed unanimously.

5. Continue 2010 budget projection: tabled.

6. New Business: none.
